Time just keeps moving forward.

“If life feels like it’s moving fast… but you feel like you’re standing still… read this”

We’re already halfway through the month…

And how often do we say things like:
“Time goes so fast”
“I can’t believe this year is nearly over already!”

And sometimes… that feels good.

Because you feel like you’re moving forward.
Like things are happening.
Like you’re where you want to be.

But other times…
it doesn’t feel so good at all.

Because you’re looking around thinking…
“I’m still in the same place I was before”

Here’s something I share with my clients all the time:

❤️ This comes back to how you think.

Your brain doesn’t fully separate imagination from reality.

So, if you’re telling yourself…
“I’m stuck”
“I’ve not moved forward”
“I’m behind”

Your brain will agree.

And it will settle there.

Let me gently shift this for you…

What if you asked yourself instead:

✨ “What has been good?”
✨ “Where have I moved forward?”
✨ “What have I done… that I haven’t given myself credit for?”

Because success…
isn’t always the big end goal.
Sometimes it’s the small, consistent shifts.

The days you showed up when it felt hard.
The moments you chose to keep going.
The times you were kinder to yourself.

I’ve come to realise something really important:

❤️ My goals matter to me
But they do not define my worth

And just because I’m not “there yet”…
doesn’t mean I’m failing

One thing that has really supported me is this simple practice:

At the end of the day, I ask myself:
✨ “What’s been good today?”

Not perfect.
Not everything done.

Just… good.

And over time, this shifts everything.

Because you begin to see progress…
instead of pressure.

I see this every day in my sessions.

When someone’s thinking begins to change…
their whole world starts to feel different.

Because you’re not stuck.
You’re just focused in the wrong place.

So we begin here…

With awareness.

Then we choose.

What does good look like for you in your life right now?

Not what anyone else expects.
Not what you think you “should” be doing.

✨ But what feels right for you!

Your goals don’t have to be huge.

They can be simple, everyday actions:

  • Moving your body

  • Taking a breath

  • Speaking kindly to yourself

  • Feeling your brave

And yes… they can also be bigger things:

A new direction
A new role
A new chapter

Sometimes… just becoming aware is enough to start the shift.

So if you need this reminder today:

❤️ Keep going
❤️ It doesn’t matter how fast
❤️ This is your path

And gently…

Don’t look back.
You’re not going that way…

✨ Think it. Believe it. Be it.
