✨ Positivity Is A Superpower
I was sitting on the train today, reading…
and something made me pause.
It was a simple question:
✨ “What kind of person are you?”
Who you are, isn’t that the most important thing of all. (RJ Palacio, Wonder)
And it got me thinking…
Because really…
Isn’t that what this is all about?
In my work, I sit with people every week
and we talk about where they are right now…
and where they want to get to.
And although everyone’s story is different…
the outcome is always the same:
�� They just want to feel better than they do right now!
Here’s what I see so often…
They don’t actually know what “better” looks like.
When you’ve been feeling overwhelmed…
or stuck…
or not quite yourself for a while…
You become really aware of what you don’t want to feel.
But not so clear on what you do want instead.
And this is where it matters.
Because your brain needs direction.
I often explain it like this…
Your brain is a bit like a genie ��♀️
✨ “Your wish is my command”
It listens to what you focus on…
and then it follows that pattern.
So, if your thoughts are:
“I feel stuck”
“I’m not happy”
“This is just how it is”
Your brain doesn’t question it…
It simply agrees…
and continues in that direction.
Let me bring this a little closer to home…
You might be someone who:
Puts everyone else first… and forgets about yourself
Bases your happiness on how others are feeling
Had been in a situation for so long, you’ve stopped expecting more
Feels stuck in work, but too unsure to make a change
Had told yourself for years that things won’t shift… so why try
And gently…
You’ve just got used to it.
But I want to ask you something…
📌 What kind of person are you right now?
And more importantly…
📌 What kind of person do you want to become?
Because here’s the truth:
✨ You get to decide.
It can feel uncomfortable to even think about change.
It can feel easier to stay where you are… because it’s familiar.
But when you allow yourself to really see what’s possible…
Everything begins to shift.
Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
But step by step.
Thought by thought.
Choice by choice.
That’s where your power is.
Hypnotherapy helped me understand this on a deeper level.

shift them,
